Many processes have been reanalyzed and restructured together with Nebim; the receipt of the orders, the purchase of raw materials and warehouse processes were among the first ones. Afterwards, production processes have been touched upon and improved. With Nebim V3’s production line productivity application we can instantly monitor the productivity on our sewing lines in our facilities in Adapazarı line by line. We can also monitor the sewing, ironing and packaging phases with barcodes. These are important processes for us. Recently, we have been adding practical entries to quality control points together with Nebim, and are improving our quality control processes. The financial processes have been restructured with Nebim in line with many new legal requirements.

Can you please talk about Talu Clothing?

Talu Textiles was founded in Istanbul in 1994 and is an export company which manufactures for world brands. The company has been producing in Adapazarı since 2001 and employs 1000 people. Alongside with the production, we also have designers to provide design service to our customers. 

We have a design office in London and a design department in our headquarters in Istanbul and we sell our own collections to our customers.   

Can you please talk about the benefits of Nebim V3 for your processes?

About five years ago, while we were managing a production project, we analyzed the process from beginning to end. We wished to have touch screens for differentiation of the products during the quality control process. We observed that our first step in order to reach our aim should be the ERP.

With Nebim V3, we not only have instant reports, but we can send instant emails to department heads and managers using automatic mail systems, and we can communicate all our production and order situations to them.

What are your plans for the future regarding Nebim and Talu’s growth targets?

By 2023, we are planning to become a well-known company for its designs and innovations, with headquarters in Istanbul and production sites in Anatolia. In the fullness of time, our growth target is to produce in Central Europe and to protect our areas of activity in Turkey and to have efficient production in more competitive circumstances. Nebim lets us monitor all our production activities in detail and is our solution partner providing online accessibility in all processes. In the upcoming periods, we would like to make new projects so that this accessibility is extended to the customer side as well. We will continue our long term collaboration with Nebim in order to apply the advantage of the technological opportunities to the sector.
