Lütfü Küçük, General Manager of İnter Mutfak, one of the pioneer companies in the sector, said that they have been collaborating with Nebim since their foundation in 1993. Could you talk about the history of Tantitoni?

Founded in 1993, İnter Mutfak Eşyaları Tic. A.Ş. is a company that specializes in kitchenware and tableware. Today, the company is one of the leaders in the market because it renews itself every day, because of its young staff and most importantly, because of our love for the kitchen. The main field of the company is to supply the imported goods from the leading companies all over the world to chain stores and department stores, hypermarkets and supermarkets and to stores specialized in kitchenware all over Turkey.

İnter Mutfak decided to apply its experience and know-how based on many years in the retail sector and created the Tantitoni brand in 2006. The aim of Tantitoni brand is provide end-users with a colorful, practical, ergonomic, modern, chic, useful and different shopping experience.

Could you briefly describe the solution that you have achieved with Nebim? Could you mention its benefits for Tantitoni?

We are using Nebim’s Finance and Accounting, Inventory and Orders Management, Stores, Warehouse Management, Customer Relations Management and Business Intelligence Corporate Performance Management software. Especially in the retail sector, we believe that Nebim is the best solution partner. We have been collaborating with Nebim since our foundation in the year 1993. At the moment, we can accurately and speedily manage all our inventory, sales and customer information thanks to Nebim.

We entered the organized retail sector with the Tantitoni brand in 2006, and our biggest helper and solution partner has been Nebim since then. In this process, our wholesale and retail sales were integrated, and we can now easily control all inventory and sales in Tantitoni stores at the headquarters.

Additionally, we can obtain detailed reports with the business intelligence applications developed by Nebim, and we can carry out accurate analyses of the situation. Thanks to the program, we can assess the performance by comparing our targets regarding the stores and the products with the actual numbers, and this allows us to make better decisions.

What were your targets when you started to implement Nebim solutions at Tantitoni?

Primarily, obtaining convenience in the sales and inventory control processes and to control our system in the most accurate way were our main targets. Being able to control the system 100 %, and to manage the process in the most accurate and productive way are among our targets that we have currently reached with Nebim solutions and that we would like to carry forward. When we look at today’s situation, we observe that our productivity keeps increasing with Nebim from day to day.

Could you talk about your growth plans at Tantitoni in the upcoming periods?

At the moment, we reach our customers at 27 points of sale, wholesale and e-Commerce channels. Our target is to increase the number of Tantitoni stores to 100 in three years. We believe that Nebim is going to be one of our best solution partners in this regard.
