World stars such as Heidi Klum and Bon Jovi have designed products for the Birkenstock brand. The brand’s representative in Turkey since 1987 has been Form Medikal. The company owner shared with us how their company has evolved and developed since the beginning and how they started with Nebim V3 ERP in 2012. Betin explained that they have entered their cooperation with Nebim in order to make their business processes stronger, healthier and more practical because they trust Nebim’s experience in the sector. He mentioned that the adaptability to various countries and multiple language support were the determining factors for their selection of Nebim V3 ERP.

Please present us your company, which is a leading company in the sector?

Form Medikal was founded in 1985 and has been the representative of the German company BIRKENSTOCK Orthopadie GmbH & Co KG in Turkey since 1987. In 1995, Bill Clinton wore the Boston model of Birkenstock, and then stars such as Johnny Depp and Madonna used these products. After that, the brand attracted a lot more attention. In addition to that, Heidi Klum and Bon Jovi designed products for Birkenstock and the collections of our brand have become even more popular in the big cities of the world.

You started collaborating with Nebim in 2012 and selected Nebim V3 ERP. Can you please tell us about the reasons for you to prefer Nebim V3?

We started cooperating with Nebim in order to make our information infrastructure and our business processes stronger, healthier and more practical as we trust Nebim’s experience in the sector. The adaptability to various countries and multiple language support were the determining factors for us to select Nebim V3 ERP.

We chose Nebim V3 in order to make accurate analyses and come to healthier decisions, to have an overview thanks to the integration with outside of Turkey and to have practical business processes.

Can you please talk about the Nebim V3’s benefits for your company?

We can say that the efficiency and speed of our operations have increased with the transition to Nebim V3 ERP. Especially with regards to inventory, orders, wholesale and retail, we have practical and healthy business processes.

We have observed that the planning is more accurate with Nebim, and we can monitor the whole system instantly; therefore we can make faster and healthier decisions regarding business processes. With Nebim V3, we can keep track of our products based on color/size in a practical manner. Thanks to the integration with abroad, we can automatically open our product cards. This enables us to provide more detailed information to our customers and to our stores about products. The deliveries can be made in a fast and practical manner with order processes carried out on mobile devices.

As I have mentioned above, there are many benefits which are provided for us by Nebim V3. In addition to these, Nebim’s solution-oriented approach regarding challenges, as well as their experience in the sector have been vital aspects during our collaboration with Nebim.

What are your goals regarding Nebim for the upcoming periods?

We are planning to increase our cooperation with Nebim by implementing the Nebim V3 bookkeeping and data warehouse applications in the upcoming periods according to the needs of our company.
