With Nebim V3, when sales are made to companies that are subject to e-Invoice, e-Invoices are issued. In case sales are made to companies and consumers who are not subject to e-Invoice, e-Archive invoices are issued. When e-Archive invoices are issued, the e-mail address will be required where the e-Archive invoice information is going to be sent. This e-mail address is the default e-Archive e-mail address on the customer card. Another e-mail address can be entered on the invoice screen as well. The e-Archive invoice created on Nebim V3 is instantly sent to the special integrator, then the e-Archive number is assigned, and the fiscal stamp is applied by the special integrator. The special integrator sends the stamped e-Archive invoice to Nebim V3 and the invoice appears on the screen with “Nebim V3 e-Archive Viewer” and can be printed on plain paper. Depending upon the request of the customer, the e-Archive invoice can also be sent in form of an e-mail.
When invoices are prepared for retail customers (consumers), the e-mail address will be required where the e-Archive invoice information is going to be sent. This e-mail address is the default e-Archive e-mail address on the customer card. Another e-mail address can be entered on the invoice screen as well. The e-Archive invoice created on Nebim V3 is instantly sent to the special integrator, then the e-Archive number is assigned according to the parameters, and the fiscal stamp is applied by the special integrator. The integrator company instantly sends the stamped e-Archive invoice to Nebim V3 and the invoice appears on the screen with Nebim V3 e-Archive Viewer, and is then printed on plain paper. Depending upon the request of the customer, the e-Archive invoice can also be sent in form of an e-mail. The e-Archive invoice and the information slip of the New Generation Cash Registers must be matched. Nebim V3 is instantly integrated with e-Archive Special Integrator and the New Generation Cash Registers; and immediately transfers the e-Archive invoices bearing fiscal stamps and the New Generation Cash Register information slips into the other system. Thanks to Nebim V3, as the information slip and the credit card slip are printed on the New Generation Cash Register, the e-Archive invoice is printed on the invoice printer using plain paper.
When companies subject to e-Archive make online sales of goods and services to non-taxpayers, they must send the invoices related to their sales electronically. For these sales, the printout must accompany the delivered goods. There is some obligatory data which needs to appear on the invoices of online sales of goods and services within the scope of e-Archive. The web address where the sales transaction took place, payment method, name of the payment intermediary, date of payment, tax registration number/Turkish Republic Personal Identification Number of the person who delivers the shipment, the shipment date of the sold item, the web address; and in the section reserved for returns, the name and family name of the person returning the item, address, signature, and information regarding the returned goods, such as type, quantity, unit price and amount must be stated. In addition, “This sale has been made on the Internet” shall appear on the invoice. The invoices created for internet sales must bear different serial numbers than e-Invoices and other e-Archives. If the customer wishes to return the goods, he will print out the invoice which has been sent to him electronically; he will fill out the part related to returns and send it back to the seller together with the product. In order to issue e-Archive invoices for e-Commerce sales, Nebim V3 has made the necessary additions to Nebim V3 Integrator, which carries out the integration with e-Commerce Website Providers. The managers of e-Commerce websites just need to transfer their Nebim V3 integrations to Nebim V3 Integrator and make the necessary updates in their own systems.
