Could you please briefly talk about your company and your success story?

In 1989, our company was founded as a family firm, and in 2008 we took our first steps towards corporate life with a structuring process. Our company is connected to KARACA through family ties and through an emotional bond, and we started to display KARACA brand products in our store in 2004. Düzce KARACA distributes famous brands such as Taç, Saray Halı, Mondi and Yağmur. Düzce KARACA has been the best in sales in the city with all the brands in their respective periods when we worked with them. In 2012, our company added to its range the brand Bellona, and up to 2019 we have been the best in the city, the best in the region and the best in Turkey relative to population with that brand. In 2015, we added Çilek Furniture for the Youth, and in 2016 Yatsan Beds, and thus DÜZCE KARACA Group was founded. Between 2008 and 2019, our company broke the records of KARACA brand during ten consecutive years, and this was not relative to population, but regarding directly the total sales turnover.

Our company has achieved many records with KARACA brand, some of which I could summon up as follows: annual highest sales in the sector, monthly world marketing record based on the sector, daily highest sales in the sector, weekly highest sales in the sector, highest sales on Mother’s Day, highest sales on Teacher’s Day, highest sales on Valentine’s Day.

How did you become acquainted with Nebim and what are the reasons for you to prefer Nebim V3?

It was not easy to achieve everything I just mentioned. However, in order to expand the company, the collaboration became a necessity rather than just a wish. When we were researching about the company we wanted to collaborate with, all the big companies recommended Nebim and we realized that they are the leader of the sector without any doubt. Therefore, we started working together with them. Thanks to the collaboration with Nebim and especially Nebim’s business partner Limon Technologies the volume in our company increased in a short period of time and has reached an unbelievably pleasant and efficient level.

In which business processes have you achieved a more efficient workflow with Nebim V3?

Thanks to Nebim V3, our dependence on manpower has decreased considerably. Because of Nebim V3’s extraordinary reporting, we can easily monitor and manage our business. Inventory management, one of the biggest issues for companies, has evolved into a delight accompanied by coffee. The customer satisfaction is at an all-time high.

Could you please talk about your plans for the future with Nebim? Are there any new projects that you are going to implement?

As the name Nebim is synonymous with innovation, it is impossible not to have new projects. With the new editions of Nebim, all the functions keep improving, and so we can catch up with the world’s technological developments. With many new common projects, we will continue to be at the steering wheel of modern commerce.
